  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos.
  • Once your return is approved and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the payment method used.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.
